"Customer support may take some time to respond but they will take good care of you if you need the assistance. With growing demand it’s no wonder they are so busy. Please don’t try to worry too much about hearing from them immediately. I’ll protect them with my words and tell you my experience.. it took more than 24 hours and I’ll let it pass because 1 I’m pretty patient and 2 I always want to show respect to those who are helping me.
